SHIPPING INFORMATION // DHS EQUIPMENT

  • DHS Equipment assumes no responsibility for delivery instructions once the package has left our warehouse. For example, "Leave on back porch," or "Put in shed."
  • DHS Equipment assumes no responsibility for deliveries not "Signature Required."

MULTI-WAREHOUSE SHIPPING // FACTORY OEM PARTS

As a convenience to our customers, DHS Equipment provides a comprehensive catalog, featuring more then 100,000 OEM parts from Core Bore, Core Cut, Diamond Products, EDCO, Husqvarna, and Multiquip. DHS Equipment does not stock all OEM parts displayed on the website. Most parts will ship from the manufacturer.

In some cases, you will find that there is an additional shipping cost added in the cart. This additional shipping cost is calculated when you've selected parts that ship from multiple manufacturer warehouses, such as from Husqvarna, and from Multiquip. This multi-warehouse shipping fee is the cost to ship from each manufacturer warehouse.

If your order contains items from multiple manufacturer warehouses, your order will arrive in separate deliveries. If you ordered a Husqvarna part and a Multiquip part, the Husqvarna part will ship from Husqvarna, and the Multiquip part will ship from Multiquip. Please do not expect combined shipments.

GROUND SHIPPING // LOWER 48 CONTINENTAL UNITED STATES

DHS Equipment delivers OEM factory parts via ground shipping, to the lower 48 continental United States. Our shipping prices reflect ground delivery for generalized parcel shipping, which does not exceed "oversize" dimensions or weight policies of the United States Postal Service, UPS, or FedEx.

If your purchase exceeds maximum ground shipping criteria, our parts team will contact you to determine the best solution possible. If you know that the part you are purchasing exceeds ground shipping criteria, please feel free to contact our parts team for an affordable freight quote.

This policy directly reflects on, but is not limited to, engines and equipment parts for generators, buggies, mixers, screed, trowels, welders and other large, bulky, or otherwise shipments that require special handling.

Please note: DHS Equipment does not guarantee the shipping price calculated by the website. This price serves parcel delivery for packages that do not exceed dimensional or weight requirements for normal ground shipping.

PACKAGE DELIVERY // UNITED STATES POSTAL SERVICE (USPS)

In order to provide the most cost effective and efficient method of delivery, DHS Equipment utilizes the United States Postal Service (USPS) for most shipments from our Florida warehouse.

If your shipping address cannot accept packages from the USPS (US Priority Mail), please enter an alternate address, such as a P.O. Box or other, into the Order Instructions/Comments box on the payment page.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING // ALSO AK, HI, AND PUERTO RICO

DHS Equipment offers specialized shipping solutions to international customers, and those in Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico. We're very experienced in shipping internationally, as well as working with shipping agents. We also provide competitive shipping rates for Alaskan and Hawaiian customers. Please contact our parts team for the most competitive shipping rate available.

ORDER PROCESSING // DELIVERY EXPECTATIONS

Most orders are processed the same day the order is placed, if before 3:00pm EST. Orders submitted after 3:00pm EST are processed the next day. All orders are drop shipped from our network of warehouses throughout the country in order to offer our customers the most efficient method of delivery. In order to maintain competitive pricing, and to expedite orders, we rely on OEM manufacturers to ship from their warehouses throughout the US. We utilize those warehouses to drop ship for us, and in some cases, your order could be shipping from a warehouse closer to your home state.

Once your order has processed, you will receive an email with a tracking number.

BACKORDERS // NON-STOCK ITEMS & SPECIAL ORDERS

In rare occurrences, some products may be backordered by the manufacturer. We try update our inventory as quickly as possible when an item is placed on backorder. If an item you purchased is on backorder, you will be notified immediately via email.

In addition, OEM parts are special order items from the manufacturer. Although we maintain a large inventory, it's very difficult to stock millions of parts. In this case, you will be notified that your order may require additional processing time. However, most OEM orders process as normal.
